Hi, my name is Lauren Ward and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina. I earned my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 2017 and my bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2012.

I have extensive experience working with families of young children, supporting parents in navigating common challenges during the early years of development. I also work with women facing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, life transitions, and maternal mental health issues.
